We reserve the right to sell or not sell you a puppy from Bay Lake Doodles/Marcia Mobley if we feel you are not the right fit in your home or have breeding intentions.  Because our contract is normally less than other breeders around the country for reasons of not using spay and neuter early, we pass the savings on to you so you can do the procedure within a timely manner

Puppy will not be reserved for you without a Deposit paid by Check or Zelle into our acct. NO Paypal or credit cards. When pups are 4 weeks old they are to be paid in full, NO EXCEPTIONS . Deposits are $ 500.00 and balance due at 4 weeks is $ 2400.00  Deposits are non refundable but you can use your deposit on future litters if you choose to wait.

Because we do not spay & neuter our pups at 8 weeks old before leaving here to health reasons,  YOU MUST SIGN AND AGREE TO HAVE PUP FIXED AT 9 MONTHS OLD !  A receipt from your vet must be sent via mail or email to Marcia Mobley immediately on that day the surgery is done. if at any time we do hear from you we will exercise our rights to charge a breeding fee to you which is $ 10,000. This is strictly enforced and we do not offer puppies for breeding at Bay Lake Doodles.  

PLEASE INITIAL THAT YOU HAVE READ THE SPAY & NEUTER AGREEMENT ___________________ this contract is legal and binding in state of Florida and Orange County Fla . In the Orange County Courthouse Orlando Fl. Please Initial that you understand Pups go home clean and no worms and parasite, but can get them after leaving due to stress__________ your vet will ck pup. We allow

you to see pups after they are 4 Weeks old, not before. Know pictures are done 1day of birth then 2 weeks after eyes open

then every 10 days, only.  then thru out 8 weeks.

 There is an additional fee if pup is left here at Bay Lake as little as $ 20.00 a day, training fee extra  25.00 a day for sit,shake,crate training.outside potty training , if you can not pick up the puppy on due date.
